What Are Bad Habits And Why They Won't Help

We all devlope them with the time passing by which is a negative pattern of behaviour.

Watching Pornographic Content-   a habit which is common among young generation.It is obvious to have a sex drive but excessive of it is detrimental to our memory and health.

Prolonged use of Internet -

Scientific study says that we should use internet at most for 3 hrs a day but nowadays it is very common for us to use it for more than 3 hrs.

Yes internet is ocean 🌊 of knowledge but it not must thing.In old days, people lived happy life without internet and without any digital gadgets.Those days,people used to focus on face to face communication.

Lack of Exercise 

People tend to get lazy.They wake up late and don't exercise.From 24 hrs of a day, atleast 24mins should be given to exercise.Just walking is one of the best exercise.

Pranayam or yoga is very essential for good physical and mental health.

Disturbed Sleep Cycle 

Sleeping for more than 8hrs and less than 6 hrs leads to disturbed Sleep Cycle.Oversleeping leads to poor physical health.Some jobs include day and night 🌃 shifts.If alternate shifts are given to a person,it causes disturbed Sleep cycle and also leads to drowsyness. 

Lie to people 

Telling a lie is ok only when it serves a better purpose. Lying unnecessarily is bad of all habits.You can lie to someone but you can never lie to yourself.Truth is easy to be told and justifies our self esteem. 

Wasting time and Money 

Time and money are kind of resources that can decide your degree of success or failure.It take u to the top of ladder or hit the rock bottom.Especially time is the kind of resource that will never come back once gone.

Overthinking 

This might sound different but overthinking leads to less productivity and more pressure.Rational and critical thinking 🤔 is good for your better growth.Whatever we think we become,these are the words of Bhagwan  Gautam Buddha.

Lack of concentration 

Doing one thing at a time with fullest of energy is called concentration. It can become your great asset if used properly.Focus should be on the priorities always because why to waste energy on the things that doesn't reap the benefits. 

Unorganised Things 

Organized things(work,study or time) define your success or failure.This an important aspect of management.
