Hey Stress!! Let's Break Up

Congratulations!!! You are going through this phase of your life… Psychologists says that 

           “If you are facing stress, then you are going in the right path of the life, Those who have not faced any stress in life, have not lived a life”. 

There are many concepts to deal with stress, but the real life method of dealing with stress is entirely different. I hereby suggest you some ways to deal with stress, that has been worked out in my personal life. 

  1. CRY!! : Yes, you have read it right, The First and foremost thing to get out of stress is to cry. Just cry your mind out, Bursting out either by shouting or crying is far more better than holding it in and dumping it, that leads to a bad stage. So, feel free to cry, you're just letting out the Negativity from you.. 
  2. Concentrate : Start looking around the minute things happens nearby you. Maybe a butterfly flying, a plant sapling budding, an ant moving near you and so on. Try to Enjoy the sweet little things around you. At first, it looks silly and that doesn't seems that much interesting, but as days goes on, you will start finding the difference in you.
  3. Stop Discussing : YES!! You will feel better when you share your stress with your friend or someone for the first time, but when you keep on discussing the same with everyone you meet, it literally let you down in the process of healing.
  4. Let Things Go : Do Follow the Mantra “LET THINGS GO” . Whatever you do, things will always happen as decided by the Universe. So, there is no use of blabbering about the issue and spoiling your happiness.
  5. Perception : Change the way you look and think at your problems. Look your problems from outside you, rather than being inside the problem. "Everything Passes away". So, think the suffering you are going through will pass away soon. 
  6. Hope in Universe : Have a great hope that these are just the passing clouds and believe that Universe will not let you and “Everything Happens for a Reason” Universe has something great for us. To achieve that we need to cross these huddles.

                             Everyone thinks that the problem they face is superior than others.. But the fact is Everyone around you faces different kind of issues, The only difference is, the difference in their problem and the perception. Never let your stress ruin you. Just Have a great mind that “ALL IS WELL”

                             We have to face many obstrucules  before winning a trophy in Super Mario game. So, do cross those problems with a spirit and enjoy the life.  Let all pass away…. Have a Happy Life
