Yess…. You read it right!
Personally I don't think weight loss is actually compulsory or important if you're doing it to change your body image for your own self. Maybe if you're not in love with your chubby self then you may not be happy with yourself even after losing kilos!
Yes it can happen sometimes. Weight loss is compulsory if you've gained it due to some medical conditions and it can pjt your health at risk. If you're losing it for some competition or just because you may be going to college soon and you may not look so attractive then trust me its not worth it.
I always had this misconception when I was in school that maybe I'll not look good in college being so chubby and all. But I've been the happiest being myself. Some of my friends call me with weird names but I don't get affected as long as I was happy.
I am willing to get off some wait only because I am facing some health consequences. But I'll always miss my chubby character.
So it was just some motivation for all those pretty girls who were confused about themselves. Be confident to wear yourself and you're good to go. Also I've been quite successful in losing some wait that also without being in trauma. Would love if I can help you in any way.
I was never a person who would give up my favourite food or favourite ice cream or anything to loose weight. If I ever wanted to lower my weight or fat I just wanted to be happy in my journey. I wanted it to be in my way.
I browsed through so many vlogs, so many YouTube videos or what not but all those hardcore workout routines, those strict diet plans scared me so much I was never able to even start. I then started my own kind of workout and my own kind of diet.
Being honest… I've a sweet tooth. I can't even think of a single day without having something sweet. Which most of the fitness influencers considered as being the sole reason for weight gain.
I just limited my consumption and the ways in which I consumed something sweet. I limited the consumption of chocolates and ice creams to once a week and whenever I craved for something sweet I preferably would have some jaggery that's a much healthier option. So weight loss should never be meant to traumatize you it should be modified according to your needs. Instead of doing those deadlifts and vigorous workout I opted for dancing and Bollywood zumba that was much fun. And it helps like magic.
I would love to help you in any way if needed. Thank you for reading❤
Be bold and be confident.
