Dear readers as we pity on the situation of a poor beggar, who sits beside a roadside begging for alms, we unknowingly gather sympathy for the has not, from a perspective of a person who has been given to the level of a person having at least something to do. Here we accumulate mercy, Oh Lord please give that poor man some bread to eat, and please keep these coins for your requirement. If our soul is pure and free of all vices, and our thought goes straight without any other obligations; our call is sure to be answered by this cosmos. This is automation in yoga.
Here I will describe an older version of beliefs and practices our grand parents often reminded us of many times when we faced some such situations. Say for instance a boy takes his meals so much over and excess that he feels uncomfortable and stretches and yawns. Immediately his grandmother would say please do not stretch and yawn for all the food you have taken would go to the stray dog's belly. If this at all took place, how was this possible? This was possible because the boy 👦 and the stray dog 🐕, loved each other, the boy had excess of food not required by him at that point, the stray dog was hungry and searching for food, automatically the transfer took place, where this excess food fills the dog's belly and both are satisfied. Here if a yogi feels by filling his own stomach with food and then a sigh an expression of satisfaction that such food fills the stomach of the hungry, and he is relieved, the phenomenon of transfer is bound to occur, when the yogi has his clear feelings and such a deed is a piece of pure love for the hungry person.
To mention here an incident from Mahabharata, where Bhagwan Krishna fills his belly with the leftovers from the Pandavas meals, and addressing the lot of the munis bathing in the river along with Agatha muni, who were to arrive at the Pandavas' palace for food, eventually turned back, because their stomachs were full, and the Pandavas would be annoyed by the wastage of the meal, which took place when Bhagwan Krishna glurping the leftover food sighed a relief of satisfaction, “ that the stomach is so full”, now the whole lot of munis felt that their stomachs were also full, immediately left the river banks, else Pandavas come searching for them, as they promised to come for meal at Pandavas' place. This is automation in yoga.
To remind of Reiki meaning the mysterious atmosphere emerging in late 1800s in Japan, where the healing energy transfers from the practitioner's palm to the body of the patient, how automatically. Here the practitioner's mind plays an vital role in flowing of the energy and the touch deals with the healing. When the part having ailments gets healed up. By Reiki-based meditation we heal ourselves, we activate palm chakras to stimulate healing, and also psychic awareness by reiki is of tremendous help to the slow personalities, the activation of thought process also is enabled.
These are automatics in yoga and is possible only if you believe it; believe it, it is all true, sometimes try it yourself, you will feel it doing and doing it many steps ahead. Learn through books and practice. Tell me about this blog, thanks.
