Attentiveness, Alertness, Always, Averts All Accidents, Physical Or Psychological.

The world is a safe place to stay in, but, this nature is full of ups and downs, which makes this place more interesting, with different stages of life and different situations. When such extreme conditions pose situations called accidents. What is an accident? An unknown circumstance is when life falls victim to the situation and gets a setback to the normal lifestyle and gets degraded. 

Now, when does an accident occur? Our physical lifestyle or psychological nature flow on a gradual neurological capable system applications basics for each individual. Each of us acts in a certain specific way identical to the particular self. Say, for example, your handwriting. Some cuts the head of the tee just at the correct top, yet, some cuts the tee head a little ahead of the alphabet. 

This is an individual choice in handwriting, depending on the neurological basics of each being. Some may prefer to sit on the right side of the dining table,  yet, some may prefer to take the left side of the same table. This is an individual character, and neurological application of the individual. At a state when we are fatigued or inattentive or less alert our neurological envelope gets a dent or a scratch, and an accident occurs. To remind the action in the film Coolie when the situation with the senior actor Amitabh Bachchan, his alertness deprived him to escape the corner of the table where he succumbed to an abdominal injury while performing a fight scene, possibly of his fatigues which may have created the accident. 

An accident may be psychological also. Take for instance an individual who gets some psychological shock and reduces his interaction with society and reduces conversations with friends and sinks into a depressed state. He is unaware of the depression, instead, thinks it is natural. This is a psychological accident, and many psychiatrists prescribe antidepressants for such patients who are depressed. If during the days when psychological problems arose, the person could see the situation with a wider angle of not attaching to any feelings of love, the departure would not cause any shock. But, this would happen when his mind is happy and healthy and free of all attachments and only breeds enjoyment from the company, instead of any returns, quite like the yogis. The return we ask breeds torments.

Now come to the points, which keep the human brain 🧠  fit and alert, we will briefly discuss them pointwise:-

1)Always eat a balanced diet, with proper carbohydrates helpful for the working of the brain. Eggs, milk, nuts, walnuts, leafy vegetables like spinach, fish, etc. fruits and vegetables, and nevertheless drink enough water. Fruits and vegetables give vitamins and minerals, nuts provide the magnesium required for the smooth functioning of the brain, milk gives wholesome proteins, and leafy vegetables give folic acids necessary for sharp brain activities. In the end, say no to Alcohol.

2) Have surplus sleep everyday. Adults should go to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday, to keep better mental alertness, and healthy sleep schedule. Sufficient sleep means a sharper mind and clearer memory. 

3)When you are bored from tedious work, take a break. Walk around idle from the regular sitting posture, take simple deep breaths for a few minutes, stretch your arms, and move them around in a fashion of exercise. If you enjoy then drink a cup of coffee and, come back to work. This relaxes and also gains energy.

4) Practice yoga and meditation, it releases endorphins, this increases flow of blood in the brain, and keeps the same alert. Take calm deep breaths for a certain period of time, this exercise helps to relax the mind and focus on mental clarity. Blood circulation in the brain 🧠  helps to improve the memory, and attentiveness. 

5) Challenge your brain by various crossword puzzles or simple sudoku formation games, these help increase imagination power to a great extent, and help the brain exercise to a definite level.

6) Listening to favorite and melodious music 🎶 helps to relax the brain a lot, and according to Dr John Hopkins it is a best type of medicine for the brain to gain energy, and also relaxation.

7) Eliminate distractions like loud TV playing, hearing cacophonous sounds like honking of horns, etc. , these tire the brain very fast, and increases the anxiety level of the brain to a great extent. Long-term exposure to such cacophony impairs the organ of hearing and retards the brain easily.

8) Aerobics and little exercise of moving arms and legs, with regular breathing practice, helps to increase blood flow in the hippocampus the memory section of the brain, which in turn keeps the brain healthy and alert with full of oxygen.

9) Taking medication helps whenever  required is very important, because long-term depressions tend to schizophrenia. A disease where a mental disorder arises in imagination from reality towards fantasy and makes a person mentally sick, always thinking a lot absurdly. Whereas simple antidepressants keep the same person in the proper realistic world and never imagining things.

At this stage it is worth mentioning that if you remain agile, alert and attentive all the time, there is no need to follow any horoscope or advice of any astrology, because by just remaining attentive you avert most accidents. But, it is also worth reminding that if you by the help of your horoscope come to know the time or period when certain unfortunate happenings will occur in your life, you may well get more alert at that period, so that the miss- happening is reduced to a great level by the advice.
