Who’s gonna live who’s gonna die

that‘s what everyone is gonna cry.

Hey folks.

As by now everyone knows Vitamin C is must to keep up the immunity along with Patanjali Coronil(sorry for the joke but let’s smile a bit more).

But moving your ass a bit more can do a hell and heavens difference.

Ahh i didnt twerking will save you XD.

But staying active can help you alot.
How?

It will keep your immunity and metabolism high.

it will keep your oxygen level high.

It will keep the lungs cells healthy and will keep check on proper blood pressure.

And yeah will help you kill your time at home XD (Ghar mn rahoooooo).

So which exercises?

start jumping at a place or skipping.

push ups and squats.

burpees

or even a hand to hand fight with your husband/wife will do xD

Along with exercises thing which is gonna help you alot is what state of mind you are in.Like if You are irritated through out the day your body will be in stress and wont be that resistive against any virus.

Laughter-the best exercise and medicine.A few minutes of laughter can do magic in any disease.

Laughing helps releasing feel good hormones.It brings blood pressure level at a safe range.Can help in insulin spikes and after all is bhaag daud bhari zindagi mn hasna zaruri hai. XD 
so avoid stress.Watch things which is gonna lift your mind or do things which gives you happiness.

Nutrition:

Nutrition is the building block of the body.Your body will respond on what you eat.Like take it as an example of a sports bike.You can’t expect your sports bike to perform excellently with a cheap quality oil.

  • Fluid: 3 liters of fluid per day which can include fresh juices,soups,milk, along with water. Avoid sodas or high sugary processed drinks and no alcohol
  • Calories: 2000 - 2500 calories per day is the basic or average calories(though it will change from person to person)
  • Protein: 75 - 100 grams per day is the average. 
     

vitamin B:

Along with Vitamin C,Vitamin B12 is very important to raise the immunity of the body.It also helps in increasing metabolism of the body and will also help in improving anti-inflammatory reactors and better health of cells.

You can take vitamin B12 from your diet or can take dietary substitute for it.
