If we feel sick or unhealthy first thing we do is to consult a doctor there by blood test for different types of disease identification, scanning of numerous types then finally we came to know the what fault in our body and how healthy we are but in olden days no one have gone through these stuffs called blood test or scanning then how would they came to know?

Here is the reason in olden days they used to check their health condition based on some symptoms in our body.

If these 8 symptoms find in their body they conclude that one is perfectly health. Here are those 8 symptoms:

  1. Daily Bowel movement
  2. No Excess weight
  3. clear skin
  4. Absence of laziness
  5. Strong sense of Hunger
  6. No pain in the body
  7. Deep sleep
  8. positive Thoughts   

Daily Bowel movement: If a person had at least one bowel movement in a day then he or she is healthy. This process should occur every morning hence the complete waste in our body get ejected so our body gets clean with this process.

No Excess weight: body weight also decides whether a person is healthy or not, many now a days suffering with obesity there may be lot of chances to get many types of disease with this. hence keep your body in proper weight. check your BMI in order to maintain proper weight based on your height.

Clear Skin:  Clear skin indicates that our body is free from toxins. 

Absence of Laziness: we cannot work consistently through out the day without taking rest. This is our present scenario but if one stay working complete day without feeling lazy then they are completely fit and healthy.

Strong sense of Hunger: we eat based on time because of our corporate life but one should get strong hunger then only we can that person has very strong digestive system.

No pain in the body: we cannot live without this it seems because many are addicted to painkiller tablets  in their lifestyle. If a person stays without pain even after working a day then they are said to be healthy.

Deep Sleep: we may sleep many hours but deep sleep matters lot if one sleep without aware of outer world for 8 hours continuously he can stay healthy. The main reason to want for good sleep is hour body heals during sleep and many Harmons release cells during our sleep.

positive thoughts: If persons stays healthy obviously he or she get good  thoughts in their mind.

Check your health condition based on these symptoms. “STAY HEALTHY”
