Continuous reading makes you to reach the better place. Always have an habit of reading books. This will keep your mind broaden. Even try to learn many articles and journals which Broaden your understandings. Try to make notes from your readings and then study them by your own.
LISTEN TO AUDIO
Based on the topics which you select have some audio on that. Because listening to audio where you can get some key notes. And this key notes will help you to understand better for your learnings.
WRITE THINGS DOWN
Usually when you write down all your studies it will clearly fixed in your mind.so whenever you read your text book , better try to make notes. You can aslo write some questions and answer them later.These can be questions from your textbook or even questions that you think are likely to come up on the exam. Really this is the good way to test your brain understandings of what you have learnt so far.
TALK OUT LOUD
Friends talk out loud is really very true. Because I felt this personally. That is when reading out loud, you must hear your voice out . So that the each and every word will stored in your mind and you can be the reader and teacher to yourself. This method helps you to improve your memory faster.
MIND MAPPING
Mind maps helps you to get the vast information in to your finger tips, which also executed in a simple understandable diagram. Even this will make us to aquire soon and easily. This is the best way to test your subject matters. You can also redraw your mind map and you can check out your topics based on the mind map which you have drawn.
TEST YOURSELF
Test yourself is the best way to analyse your memory power. Try to make use is past exam papers. This is the freat method for everyone to check out our knowledge. And also it will be usefull for you to clarify your exam format and structure.
PRACTICE
To improve memory it is important to keep going back over information that you learn, using different formats of learning.
EAT PROPERLY
Fueling the mind is an essential element of increasing focus and concentration. Research has indicated that students learn much better when they are well nourished. How often you eat can also have a powerfull effect on your energy levels.
