Hi friends, welcome back to my new blog. Today I'm gonna share with you about one of my childhood ghost story that is The Weeping Ghost. Friends have you anyone heared about this story… if not it's ok . And now I'll be telling you ….. so let's start now…..

Ghost also have emotions and enjoyments. They may not trouble or torture anybody. But they repent, weep . They even dance to signify happiness. Sometimes they take revenge. They appear fearsome.

Once there was a sad ghost. It was said to be the ghost of Dame Elizabeth. She roams at her place and the popular belief in the place is that if anybody wishes to see her ghost they have to take children with them. Then she would appear.

The area she has been seen for the last four hundred years is the magnificent mansion of Bisham convent. She is also seen near the famous river Thames. The river flows by the side of the mansion.

She wears black clothes and is found weeping. A vessel also moves with her in the air.she had kept the vessel to wash her hands using water. The building of Bisham convent is known for its sad ghost of Dame Elizabeth.

Who was she ???

She was a close friend of Queen Elizabeth 1 of England . She had son by name William . She always liked children who studied well. She herself was a poetess. But unfortunately her son William was dull in studies.

He was a mischievous boy. Though he was admitted to school . He was not disciplined . His note books were full of mistakes. His books were soiled by dirty stains and we're oily. His teachers were fed up with William .

Dame Elizabeth punished him daily for his untidy habits. But nothing worked upon him. He did not care. He never improved. How long his mother can sustain his wrong doings.

One  day she was so angry. She pulled his ears and gave him strong beating. She put him in a big almirah and told him that he would be allowed to come out only when he had done his home work. She locked the almirah thinking that she would unlock it just after five or ten minutes.

She was busy in her work. Suddenly she was summoned by the Queen. Dame Elizabeth left for the palace without delay. She forgot to tell her servants that William was locked inside the almirah and  may be taken out after ten minutes. She had done this just to punish William……
