DARK LIPS
Some people naturally have dark lips and some develop it as a result of their lifestyle. If you have this habit of smacking the lips , or you smoke ,
or your lips are over exposed to sunlight or you don't hydrate your body enough or due to chemicals in cosmetics you may suffer from hyperpigmentation of lips.
Pigmented lips is a harmless condition and causes as a result of excess melanin , a pigment that gives dark colour to your body. If you want to lighten your lips and restore their original colour back , you must do 3 things.
That is oiling your navel with ghee. You can do this before going to sleep at night. The second and third step involves exfoliation and lip mask. For natural exfoliation you need two things that is honey and lemon juice.
Apply and leave it for 5 mins. Then mildly scrubb it. Finally for lip mask take a pinch of turmeric , rose water and malai or milk . Each ingredient is very effective which makes your lip lightener. After 10 mins wash off with cold water. After doing all these your lips will lightening up and restoring their natural pink colour.
SNORING
Nothing like having a sound sleep but to sleep with sound is not only discomforting for the ones sleeping around you but also it can cost you your health. It is a sign that your body is not able to properly breathe in oxygen
. Don't worry guys once you know the underlying causes , or is easily treatable . Studies have found people with excess fat especially the ones who have double chin are more prone to snoring.you must take a step to reduce it. Also, when we sleep on our back, the base of our tongue and soft palate collapse to the back wall of our throat, causing a vibrating sound during sleep.
So if you snore , sleep on the side preferably on the left side. Experts suggest that drinking alcohol 4 to 5 hours before sleeping makes snoring worse. Then even fatigue can cause snoring ensue that you do not compromise on the rest. Before going to sleep at night time. Put some sweet almond oil in both your nostrils and inhale. You can also make diet with tea made from boiling ginger , cloves, turmeric and black pepper. Strain off and after lukewarm add honey to sweeten it. This concoction along with nasyam acts on the root cause that prevents snoring.
