BAD BREATH  

Nothing is more awkward than someone distancing themselves due to bad smell. Lick your wrist and let it dry for a moment  , then take a whiff, does it smell bad?  Obviously it could be poor dental hygiene.

 If you brush your teeth too quickly or skip cleaning the tongue , you are allowing the bad bacteria to breed on the surface causing a foul smell.when we eat something invariably small particles of food get stuck in between teeth which if not rinsed out using plain water, rot and breed bad smell. 

Oil pulling wherein you fill your mouth with a cold pressed oil and swish it around the mouth for 5 to 10 mins . However if your dental hygiene is in check , still you find yourself in embrassing situation then it could be due to weak digestion. 

When you eat more than what your body is able to digest , the foods rot in the gut, the signal of which is given by the body in the form of bad breath. Try limiting heavy foods like non veg , cheese , high protein foods excessively oily foods for sometime , you will find the problem subsides. 

Although sucking the juice of caradamon and clove is not only a good mouth freshner but kindles the digestive fire as well . You can keep it handy with yourself always. 

Even there is one natural remedy for bad breath is chew 2 to 3 fresh leaves of guava tree on empty stomach. And this is best for oral problems like bad breath. Do it for 2 to 3 weeks to feel the difference.

ACIDITY  

Are you often pained by burning sensation in the chest? Or those acidic burps ? And loss of appetite? It's due to acidity . Basically , whats happening is that the glands in your stomach are producing digestive juices in excess which then tends to move upwards causing discomfort. 

This can happen when eating a large meal or lying down just after , smacking close to bed time, extra spicy food , smoking , alcohol consumption and caffeinated drinks can also trigger acidity.

 Even though acidity is not a severe problem but if not acted upon , it can cause stomach ulcers, damage to food pipe and even heart attack. Foremost, we must understand that dependence on antacid tablets is not a solution.

 If made into a habit they can disturb the pH of the stomach. A cup of cool milk will give you that instant releif. First take 30ml of aloe vera juice before 30mins of break fast. 

And half an hour before going to sleep at night drink licorice milk made using the ksheerpak method. It has cooling action which gets relief immediately. Even include more cooling foods like papaya , cucumber , banana , rice, moong dal , butter milk  in your diet to get relief of your acidity.
