My Fitness In 30 Days By One Simple Exercise

Hi friends🙂, welcome back to my new blog.  Today's topic is all about my personal experience of being fit in just 30 days . Believe me friends,its my own experience of being fit within 30 days. And also all these are possible only with one simple exercise.personaly I done this where I got an excellent result.

If we see nowadays many people are visiting to gym centers. Even womans are more than that of men's in the gym centre. It's really a good one . Because being fit makes us completely a  healthy person. Everything is ok , but some how some could not able to visit those places or their may be some other reasons.

 You know there are  some people be  very lazy to do daily exercises , even there are some more people  they won't show as much interest in end where they shown in the starting time.

In some cases there are certain kind of people who wants to be fit but they don't want to take more days. So without taking any effort they wants to reduce their big fat in minimum amount of time. 

Apart from all these I have taken you one of the best effective exercise  which going to fix your whole body in a complete posture and also this is going to happen in 30 days , that too you can do this exercise in your home itself.

So friends do you want to know what is that one exercise….okk without any further delay let we start to know about it….

The best effective one simple exercise which is called plank…..

Yes , anyway many of you knows  about this plank exercise. Really believe me friends this one plank exercise is best out of all. And this exercise is best for both men and women's. 

So what you have to do is that select one seperate place , be sure that there must  not be any disturbance for you , in that place first lie down with your full body and slowly lift yourself to be in a perfect plank position. Followed by the picture which I shown down….. 

And the another thing  which I want to show you is that the correct and incorrect picture of plank position.

Friends I think now  you got clear with this plank position. With this same posture try to be in 1min or 30 seconds is ok for it.

But my advice is to take 1min target  after this just keep your body rest for 1min and again be in plank position for 1min. So overall 2minutes of plank position to be  done  in morning and evening time for just 30 days.

Finally  whenever possible try to drink hot water as per your heat consistent. Moreover drinking hot water is  must for you  at night time before going to sleep.

So friends ,that one plank exercise and drinking hot water is  best enough for you to be fit. Consistency matters a lot. So do this regularly…. Really you can see some changes within 10 days…….
