More Nutrition Than Badam And Pista...even With Low Cost

Hi friends ,  Today I would like to share about some healthy tips ,with more nutrition and with less cost foods. 

We all know that badam and pista are healthy nuts . Even these nuts have many beneficiary effects. These badam and pista are rich in fibres, which can also helps to cure some cardiac patients , knee pains and diabetics patients. 

Even more benefits we can gain from this nuts and even it's costs is high. And also you can soak this nuts in water overnight and by eating in early morning gives an excellent health benefit. 

Nowadays we all  are forced towards fastfood recepies  because of this even more fast we destroys ourself. And more we earn today more we spent tomorrow for our health problems.

But apart from all these I'm going to share something which is more nutrious, heathy and also with low cost. They are….

  • PEANUTS 

                   Peanuts have high protein , rich in nutrition which gives a complete strength to us . Take one hand full of peanut either you can roast  or you can boil this to eat in morning time.

  • KIDNEY BEANS 

                      Even this kidney beans has high fibre and rich in proteins  ,by  taking this regularly it will keep your bones very strong. Even it will cure knee pains . Intake of this beans will slowly reduces the sugar level . Morning time is best to consume this kidney beans.

  • MILK PANEER 

                      This milk paneer is  high in protein with low cost. Always try to buy the original paneer , even aavin paneer is best one to buy or if possible try to make paneer by your own ,that is home made paneer.

  • BLACK CHANNA 

                   Again this is one of the best which also have very high protein . Black channa is a healthy one ,take this regularly. As per your wish you can also prepare some recepie by  using this black channa  . 

  • SOYA PANEER 

                     This is very good for our health. If it's not possible for you to get original paneer then you can buy this soya paneer and also as per you favour prepare some delicious food over this . Even it has very low cost.

  • RAGI , PEARL MILLET, BLACK RICE 

                   These three are rich in protein ,high in fibre . Which has a high health benefits . You can regularly take this ragi , millet and black rice by preparing your own recepie.

 So friends these are some foods from our great grand parents periods, though it's from old days , this is the only foods which has tremendous health benefits.  So why not to try this !! If you wants to be very strong and healthy just try this foods……
