Hlo friends, I come back with my new blog. Thank you for your support in my blogging journey 😊. I feel motivated when you all read and like my blogs.

So today we will discuss a power energy recipe that is very helpful in the winter season.

This is a sugar-free and fat-free recipe that is full of nutritious so the elderly and children both can eat this dish. This is an immunity booster and full of tastes.

So let's start

First, we take 2cups(approx 500ml) of low-fat milk. And boil it.

After boiling the milk we add 10-12 saffron thread. You can use Haldi in place of saffron. Then we have to mix saffron and cook it with milk.

Now we take 2 tablespoons of soaked alive seeds( Halim seed). After soaking alive seed consistency become like gel. You can buy these seeds at any pansari shop, retail shop, dry fruits shop, or you can buy it online very easily.

These seeds are powerhouses of nutrients. Because they contain iron, vitamin A, C, E, folate, fiber, protein, And these are best in winter.

We have to soak the Halim seeds for 1hour before use. And then add into boiling milk. And after that, we have to cook it. With this, we take 2 tablespoons of dry coconut powder. And we take 10-12 almonds. With this, we take 7-8 Kaju(cashew nuts). With this, we take makhane( roasted foxnut) which is full of zinc and also has anti-aging properties. We have to use roasted foxnut, almond, cashew nuts, and coconut in powder form.

After that add that powder in boiling milk. You can use your favorite dry nuts but we use in this recipe have their own benefits. And then we cook it into mild heat. And during this we add a beneficial spice cinnamon which is full of antioxidants.and after that we add green cardamom powder. Which have antimicrobial, anti-infectious properties. After that we have to boil it for 4-5 minutes. For natural sweetness we add soft khajur which is known as pink khajur. Diabetic patients can also use it in small amount. We add 7-8 chopped khajur in boiled milk and cook it for few minutes. You can also make a paste of khajur then add it. If you want to add some extra sugar then you can use sugar substitutes like jaggery etc. After adding all ingredients you cook it until they mix up properly.

So your healthy dish is ready you can make it for breakfast because it's not a time consuming dish.

Stay safe, stay healthy

Thank you 😊
