Hi friends 🙂, welcome back to my new blog. In today's topic I would like to share about how to stop worrying about what other people think……
Yes friends, I think you can able to relate with this topic. Because anyway many of you have done this , that is in some certain thing we use to think what he or she will say about us. Even though if we feel good of us , we use to think of others opinions.
So if you are in this kind of situations ? Are you thinking about other persons thoughts or opinions ? Then this is only for you people….. so from here you can stop worrying about what other people think……of you for all your decisions…. With no further delay let we see what they are…
REMEMBER THAT PEOPLE ARE NOT THAT INTERESTED IN YOU
Each and everyone thoughts and thinking were different. In that all are different from each other. Even they don't have any time to look back into their work. Then how could it possible for them to look at us, So why should we bother about others opinions .
MEET MORE PEOPLE
If we see in our lives there are many different people around us. In that each and everyone thoughts and opinions on us will be unique. So what I want to convey is that ,it's very simple that is only one person's negative thoughts on us will not matter that much.so be cool….
FOCUS ON CONTROLLING YOUR THOUGHTS, NOT THEIRS
First always try to control your thoughts , this is much better than others thoughts. If you are mentally strong then you can focus on things which you can control , similarly like other people thoughts. Finally one thing I should say that is when you skip or pluck away your focus on all those unwanted thoughts you will be really a happiest person and less stressed person out of all .
DONT TRY TO PLEASE EVERYONE
This point is must for everyone . Because we are not suppose to born hear to please everyone . I think I'm right , pleasing alone is not the solution for anything. Anyway Every one going to judge you , even if you like it or not… it's going to happen. So don't look good in everyones estimation.
KNOW THAT ITS OKAY TO CARE WHAT OTHER'S THINK
It's fine to care about your reputation. The key is not letting that concern over whelm you , ultimately , you want to care more about what you think of you than what others think of you.
TELL YOURSELF A DIFFERENT STORY
There are some people who cannot make you feel or think in a certain way. These all our interpretation of other persons behaviour. If you fall and propel laugh , try telling yourself that you cheered them up instead of focusing on how stupid you are.
TRY TO MAKE OTHERS COMFORTABLE
We are generally pretty bad at guessing how much others are struggling. Think about what you can do to make their lives easier, and you may find that your personal concerns are less salient.
