hello and welcome back to my guys. I hope you all are doing great. And today I am going to tell you all about how to do a facial at home. Self-care is an Important right. Be it a girl or a boy you can you this. Skincare is an essential part of today's life. In this daily polluted environment, our skin goes through many rough patches, and taking care of it is essential. You can do this once a month and see your skin glow. Seeing yourself  Glow is another kind of satisfaction.

starting with the things you need to do this facial is a VLCC kit.

This kit includes 4 packets.

• Scrub.
• Gel.
• Cream. (With vitamin E)
• Pack.

Step 1: Apply water to your face first and rub gently throughout. Then take some scrub in your palm and rub across your fingers and start scrubbing gently from the neck in the upward direction. Continue rubbing for about 2-5 minutes so that the pores can expand and the further process is made easier.

Step 2: The next after scrub you can wipe out and take steam for about 2-5 minutes. After that you can remove your black and whiteheads. Then you can apply the gel and keep it for about a minute.

Step 3: After applying the gel take the cream and add one drop of vitamin E serum mix it with the cream. And then apply on the face with the gel onn. After applying you have to give a massage properly for about 5 minutes. Start from the neck and apply correct pressure points on the head nose, cheeks etc.

Step 4: Step 3 make sure you Massage so well that the cream penetrates inside deeply in the skin.  Than you have to apply the 4 packet which includes the pack. Apply the pack on the entire face and let it be for 5 minutes. This time depends upon the skin type. If you have dry skin then it's 5 minutes and if not then 7 minutes.After that have a good wash just with water. 

Also avoid using any soap or any face wash. Avoid going out in sun and dusty environment. If it is urgent than make sure you cover your face completely with a scarf or mask.
