1. Often stressed ? try this hack. 20 drops sandalwood essential oil, 50 ml cold pressed sesame or coconut oil in between eyebrows just one drop, on throat one drop, on temples just one drop . Balance the emotions 20 drops of sandalwood essential oil in 50 ml of sesame oil. Try this in summer.
2. Newely harvested rice and aged rice. Rice which is aged . That is one to two years old is more beneficial. Various structural changes takes place during ageing which make the rice easily absorbable. It's better for diabetics. Aged rice does not break easily. Newly harvested rice breaks easily. Roast newly harvested rice for 5 minutes and then place it back. Aged rice does not stick to each other and has less moisture. Newly harvested rice sticks to each other and has more moisture.
3. Rich in antioxidants, use green peas skins for soups. Rich in micronutrients and antioxidants. Lots of water, green peas skins , your favourite vegetables and spices. Boil until 1/3rd water left behind, then strain and enjoy.
4. White portion of eyes gets reddish or yellowish due to stress and strain, put a drop of pure ghee in your eyes , best to put it at night just before sleeping , natural cleanser, can be used by any body ,even daily, no side effects .
5. Cultivate the opposite quality to balance the excess. Practice self compassion , compassion for animals , compassion for trees , compassion for other beings.cultivate the opposite perversion to devotion , ego to forgiving , cynicism to curiosity , guilt to letting go.
6. Pomogranate peels, dry them in a shade , powder , store in a air tight container. Pomogranate peel powder 1 table spoon with cool water one hour after break fast and dinner. Highly effective, used in the treatment of IBS and stomach ulcers.
7. Anxiety ? Make a fist with your left hand so that to the fingers rest in the middle of the palm, locate the point where the middle finger ends in the heart of the palm. With thumb of your right hand press firmly on this point for 1 minute. Calms down prana ,gives instant relief from anxiety . Try it out.
