Moreover I personally follow this basic haircare tips , I'm going through an amazing results . And these are my own natural tips. So that I want to share with you all… let's starts now..
Yes, many of them not using a right shampoo. It's is completely your choice , you have to select any quality shampoo for your hair. Weekly or monthly once don't skip to other shampoos. Doing this will completely harm your hair.
Many of them will not oil your hair properly. With dry hair you will be shampooing again . If you do this regularly there is more chance, where your hair broked day by day.
Nowadays everyone loves to have a soft hair. So I have an best idea for that. Very simple , before taking head bath just apply or massage your hair with oil.
Then after 30mins take head bath . Really this will make your hair soft, even you can see instant changes.
While taking head bath dot use hot water. The excess of hot water will destroy your hair. Repetition of this will not make you to grow even a baby hair. So always normal cold water is best for taking head bath.
As brilliant we are thinking that we are consuming time by using hair dryers for our hair. But we just destroying our hair. Remember always excess of heat destroys our hair .
So the best and natural way you can dry you hair by standing down in direct sunlight or even under fan is ok.
By not trimming your hair properly , the edge of your hair got blasts and will not grow longer. It will remain as it is. So if you need a long healthy good hair , always have an habit of trimming your hair at regular interval of time.
Usually many girls don't comb their hair properly . Always twice in a day comb your hair.
This is the major problem happens for everyone. Usually when we get stressed excess of heat spreads all over the body.
So that the roots of the hair also got damaged and results in excess of hair loss. So be cool ,don't be stressed anymore.
This is one of the reason for your hair loss. Without eating properly all are completely spoiling their whole body. Quantity of food is not a problem , but quality is must for everyone.
So as much as possible eat proper and healthy foods which results in make your body stronger as well as keeps your hair strong and healthy.
My point of view is don't spent too much to take care of your hair. Just follow my points which is completely a basic natural tips that maintain your hair healthy and strong.
