6 Steps To Sleep In 2Mins

Hi, friends today I like to share some secret steps to sleep in 2mins. One of the biggest problem faced by everyone now a days is that we can go to bed for night sleep but we are struggling to sleep. This problem not only for us , everyone in the world facing this problem. There is only just 6 steps. Infact within by following four steps you'll be getting sleepy. So, 

Step 1 : when you go to bed to sleep or while traveling in bus or train , whenever you want to sleep don't cover your face.leave it open to air. You should not cover your face with pillows or bedsheets always keep your face open to air.

Step 2 : while sleeping always relax your hands. Don't compress anything in your hand or  dont give any stress to your hands.keep it relax 

Step 3 : Relax your legs. While sleeping,  your thighs , your foots all should be kept relaxed.

Basically these are nothing but we are releiving all the stress Buster's from top to bottom of our body.so coming to the next ,

Step 4: No matter where the place you sleep. While sleeping you should just close your eyes and imagine completely a stary night. That is imagine a sky full of stars.so close your eyes and visualise a pleasent and breezy night.

Mostly by following these four steps your body will be relaxed and your mind will be very pleasent so that you'll get sleepy. But within one day you' ll not get this , by following this daily you'll get the exact result. And it takes nearly 4weeks to 6weeks. So , while you contionusly practising between 4 to 6 weeks you will be sleeping in 2mins.

Don't you feel sleepy even after doing those above steps ? Then the next 2 things I'm going to tell which you must  strictly stop it.

Step 5 : you should not drink coffee before going to bed. Completely your body should not take caffeine content.caffeine will not make you to sleep. Whatever you try to sleep , before going to bed if you drink coffee it will disturb your sleep.

Step 6 : Before sleeping don't use cell phones. The light from your phone will disturb your eye and also it will not make you to sleep. This is applicable for everyone. The light from your phone sometimes irritates your eyes that gives stress to your eyes.

So it's very simple that you should completely relax your body , then immediately you'll get sleepy. Before going to bed don't drink coffee , don't use cell phones.

So friends that's all I want to share with you. Whatever may be the situation we come across , each and everyone needs a restful sleep. I'm sure you all will benifit from following the above steps.
