KHAJOOR MILK
preparing khajoor milk for an instant energy boost.
Take some seven to eight dry khajoor. Put them in an empty bowl and add one Anjeer and some water to dissolve this item. soak it overnight after soaked well remove the seeds from Khajoor. Now transfer this well-soaked khajoor and the soaked water to the blender. Grind it well. take one separate pan and add two cups of milk And khajoor paste to it. Stir it well and add 3pods of cardamon, and one inch of cinnamon stir well to boil. When it start to thicken. transfer it to a glass and serve it.
BADAM MILK
preparation of badam milk for strong bones and teeth.
Take some 10 to 12 pieces of badam and dissolve in a w ater. Soak them for overnight. After it soaked well, peel off the badam skin. Now in blender add this soaked almonds, ¼ th cup of milk and grind it get a thick smoothie.
Now, in separate pan add 2cups of milk, add the almond all and two to three pinches of turmeric into it, then add few saffron. And stir it well and boil it. After boiled well add some 2 table spoons of chopped pistachios. Once the milk start thickens transfer it in a glass. Now the badam milk is ready to share.
RAGI MILK
Let us ready to prepare ragi milk which is stronger for bones and muscles.
Take a pan, add 1 ½ cup of milk, add 1 table spoon of ragi flour, stir it and boil it. Without any lumps stir it continuously. Which inturn a mixture turns to a glossy, and slightly thickens. By the time add one table spoon of jaggery, half cup of water and mix well. After it cooked well transfer it to a glass for serving.
SESAME MILK
Come on friends finally let us ready to prepare the sesame milk, which will maintain the muscle and repair it.
Take some ¼ th cups of sesame in an empty bowl. Add some water to dissolve it. Soak it overnight. Then grind the soaked sesame in a blender. After that take one clean cloth, replace this sesame paste and squeeze the milk from it. After squeezed well add some water to the milk if required. Now your sesame milk is ready.
