Hello, loves, I Hope you are ……, okay let's not hope. Let's pray that everyone is in good health not only physically. both mentally, physically, and emotionally. Now I am very conscious about our mental health and penned a short poem that clearly explain a healing teaching about negative memories, thoughts, and emotions and what they are trying to tell.
well, the poem is….
Well, "why my negative memories keep haunting me? "
he replies: It's because
you didn't made peace with them
they are rising in your mind
for finding peace they deserve.
so, don't be rough just
accept and forgive the moments
that you bother to relive again and again
let them pass through you in a decent way
then they find the peace they deserve and so are you
here we can clearly understand that whatever we are running from is trying to teach us something that's important and we must make peace with it by allowing yourself to feel it and reframe it in a deeper perspective and this perspective is developed by maintaining a high vibe routine. if you are eager to know what the habits we should inculcate in our routine. we can easily dive deep into our personal interest and discover a worth-living career where you decided to leave your masterpieces .we can see a lot of people suffering with mental challenges in everyday lives but still silent about their issues, maybe your friend are also suffering but no, they don't talk about that but as we still care about them ,my honest advice is to be nice to everyone and we seriously don't know what others are going through. Physical health issues are given attention by parents and everyone, but surprisingly mental health doesn't get the deserved attention, we all getting to know that mental issues are leads to physical sickness too. Students are affected by pandemic, and I know it's fun for little time attending classes from home but in long run we don't learn anything new, and this merely leads to its worst during exams or interviews or whatever. I wish post-pandemic should be some spring action that you are used to a productive routine by developing a great mindset and may be its time to pour some light on our deep passion on art music or whatever.
