We can do successful management by imbibing the values ​​and culture we have inherited.  I also mentioned that by inheritance here I do not mean a hierarchical transfer of power and authority guided by nepotistic practices.  Here I am talking about empowering future generations and building a foundation and support for the organization. 

 In this regard, I cited the example of the Tata group, where new managers are also imbibing them, realizing the relevance of the values ​​established by the founders of the institute.  In the present day, the basic guiding values ​​that a leader imparts to his successors and subordinates, reflect his contribution and influence in the organization in the long run. 

 Thus, the vision of the leader should also include what he wants to inherit from his subordinates.  In addition to formulating strategies, a manager must invest efforts and resources to strengthen core values ​​and refine organizational practices.  These should include initiatives to develop a culture of empathy, empowerment, and trust. 

 At a technical level, they can develop new approaches, practices, and methods for performing and managing resources and tasks, which can give long-term benefits to their subordinates.  This can form the basis for the next stage of growth and development of the organization.  Initiatives, decisions, and solutions that have benefited can be documented, which may be beneficial later.

On the strategic side, a leader must first be able to contribute to a long-term shared vision for the organization.  Also, be able to clearly explain and communicate it with others to define the vision for the organization in the future.  In addition, they can create some strategic framework to help future leaders align their strategies with the long-term vision.  

Can adopt and popularize principles and practices with a focus on orientation, as well as adopt the core values ​​and relevant knowledge of its predecessors, so as to ensure continuity and coherence towards the development of the organization in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization.  

This can motivate budding managers to embrace the legacy of the organization and promote a sense of belonging among them.  In the context of cultural and philosophical heritage, a leader should strive to put the guiding values ​​into actual practice.  It is important to empower employees and build trust and a sense of psychological security among them. 

 In addition, they can guide budding talents.  Often reflecting on the purpose and motivating others to evaluate each effort by explaining its effectiveness can enrich an organization.  A successful manager must understand that 'inheritance' is only in.  Not to be remembered by others after his tenure in the organization. 

 It is about empowering the organization to achieve its objective and contribute to the industry and society.  It's all about igniting inspiration and creating more leaders, which is really the essence of transformational leadership.
