2 Homemade Face Packs For Healthy And Glowing Skin

Hello Everyone!

I hope you all are doing great. Today a lot of people are facing a lot of skin issues like acne, pigmentation, winkles and many more because of pollution, infection, cuts, scrapes and sunlight. in addition to that we have our sweaty gym sessions, late night parties, stress etc., all these are taking a toll on your skin. Taking care of our skin and pampering it every now and then is necessary otherwise we will face a lot of problems. 

Here, i'm going to share with you all 3 simple DIY face packs that actually helps in keeping your skin healthy and glowing.

1)Ingredients:

  1. papaya
  2. milk or cucumber juice
  3. honey

Process:

Firstly, Take 8-10 cubes of papaya and make it into a smooth paste. Papaya helps in brightening your skin and it also helps in removing tan. Now add raw milk or cucumber juice to it. If you have oily or combination skin then add cucumber juice because milk can cause acne to the oily skin people. If you have a dry skin then you can add milk. It is one of the best natural cleansers for dry skin people. Cucumber juice helps in moisturising your skin. Now add honey. Natural honey helps in balancing the bacteria on your face which is really helpful to cure acne.

Mix all the three ingredients properly and apply on your face. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes and rinse it off with lukewarm water.

2)Ingredients:

  1. Gram flour
  2. Turmeric
  3. Rose water 

Process:

Firstly, add two table spoons of gram flour which is also called besan( Gram flour has certain properties that treats acne and also helps in controlling excess sebum production and soothes inflamed skin and also brightens your skin). Now add ΒΌth table spoon of turmeric(Turmeric helps in clearing out acne and breakouts. It has anti-inflammatory qualities that target your pores and calms the skin. It also reduces scars). Now add rose water to it(Rose water improves your skin complexion and reduce skin redness. It has anti bacterial properties which helps in reducing acne).

Mix all the ingredients together and apply on your face. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes then rinse it off with lukewarm water.

Apply any one of the face packs once or twice in a week for better results. you cant expect great results in just the first try because natural ingredients slowly show the results but trust me you will see amazing results in 2 to 3 weeks.
