Every person is amazing with their perfection and imperfection .we all have some good and not so good and it makes a person unique .like humor, simplicity , emotions,caring nature, anger , cracking bad jokes, introvert, solitude, fighting , jealousy, calm, intelligent , quirky .everyone ha some different qualities. These qualities make you "YOU".
Our lack of self-acceptance increases the inferior feeling within us,under confidence,which all lead to mental issues. Embracing yourself gives you a deeper level of happiness, confidence . Deep down we all know that strengths and weaknesses are present within us. But we never talk about our weaknesses.
Some of the weaknesses are our part of personality like introvert, anger, solitude, emotional which makes us unique but some are self-doubt, addiction, overthinking, aggression, fear from interacting with people, language anxiety these kind weaknesses limit ourselves and prevent us to achieve our higher goals even many times these affects our mental health. So to overcome these weaknesses firstly identify what is limiting you and find a solution.
What do doctors do? diagnosis -treatment -overcome illness.
You can use meditation and introspection to understand yourself better and have a clear vision of your strengths and weaknesses. Don't afraid of them. just try to accept them. If you can accept them you can easily overcome them. You don't need to afraid of anything which is limiting you.
Once you start to overcome your weaknesses you will feel raise in your confidence .you will start loving yourself more. You will become an optimistic person and last but not least you will have more opportunities and good relations with people.
Gradually I am learning to accept myself, embracing my weird nature, falling in love with myself every day. With this thought, I able to accept people more easily and always feel compassion towards them.
