Hope all are safe …, To day I would like to share what i experience in acne. i was suffered with acne at the age of 15 to 20 it the bad days i have faced. i feel bad, depressed. So i would like to share what i was follow and healed my acne scars naturally. Many people belive that food such as chocolate oily items will contribute to acne, the is no scientific reasion.
what is the reasion of acne
Acne occurs when the pores of your skin blocked with oil, dead skin, or bacteria. Lubrication process can cause acne, too much of oil is produced by your follicles, dead cell accumulate in pores.
When bacteria grows in a clogged pore and the oil is not able to come out.
Hormonal changes caused by puberty or pregnancy
Certain birth control pills or corticosteroids intake
Genetically transfer
High in refined carbohydrates, such as bread and chip

Acne is usually associated with hormonal, and sub types of noninflammatory, inflammatory, acne we are experience during teenage. Normally we can treat hormonal and improper maintenance of face cause acne, this problems were treat our self. If severe acne like bacterial fungal, inflammation better suggest the doctor.

How to treat acne in home
Many people suggest using some ingriedients, like turmeric, lemon, honey, tea tree oil, coconut oil, curd, neem leaf powder, essential oils, tothpaste ect…… some of this i tried is not work for me some time it increase the acne. Some of remedy realy work or not i don't know , toothpaste is cure acne it's any proof????
Keep hydrated.
Using right cleanser
Using oil free skincare
Never touch a pimple it spread pimple to other area.
Don't rub your face.
I SHARE MY EXPERIENCE HOW I CAN TREAT ACNE .
Drink enough water at least 3 litter, at morning emty stomach drink mild hot water dont drink too hot, beffore sleep drink mild hot water every day.
The morning drink hot water with table spoon of honey mix and drink, it really glow your skin.
Regular face wash is most important, Oil skin should wash your face when you fell oily, because accumulation of oil cause acne, dust is easily stuck in your skin it affect the skin. So when you feel oily, wash your face with mild soap or face wash, when you went out and return back to your home immediately wash your face.
Avoid using durty cloth for fash wipeing, chane the cloth every day, use cotton cloth.Also change pillow cover at least 2 or 3 days.
Don't use chemical products for the face. Don't touch acne. The fluid is spread other place is cause acne.
WHAT ARE THE PRODUCT I USED AND HOW
Normal soap for regular fash wash, thrice a day morning afternoon evening. After wakeup i wash my face normal water no soap or face wash. Bathing time i use soap for the face and wash.
Use a normal cloth for wipeng,
Use a tonner for face (i'm using biotic water based cucumber toner.) water based toner is best for sensitive skin.Apply the tonner using cotton ball or pad, leave it 3 to 5 mins.
Apply the aloe vera gell for moisture, if you use your moisturer already using.
If you use any cream or foundation or mack up you should wash it before sleep. Avoid night chemical mackup products.
