They found that exercise increased the number of molecules that protect telomeres, 

ultimately slowing how quickly they shorten over time. Exercise, then, appears to slow aging at the cellular level.

 4. It will make your skin look better.

 Aerobic exercise accelerates blood flow to the skin, delivers oxygen and nutrients, improves skin health, and even helps wounds heal faster. This is why when people are injured, they need to move as quickly as possible, not only to ensure that the muscles do not shrink but also to ensure that the skin has good blood flow. The skin also serves as a heat release point. During exercise, muscles will generate a lot of heat, which must be handed over to the environment to avoid hyperthermia.
