The Triple Chocolate Mousse - Recipe.

Then definitely you all will love chocolate mousse. So I am here you to give the recipe of triple chocolate mousse that you can make in your kitchen. This triple chocolate mousse is a dream of every chocolate lovers.

All we need is the three types of chocolate and cream, there is no need of eggs or any difficult techniques. This triple chocolate mousse is a perfect dessert for parties and any other occasions.

INGREDIENTS

▪ 115 grams of dark chocolate

▪ 115 grams of milk chocolate

▪ 115 grams of white chocolate

▪ 540 ml of heavy cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop each chocolate into small pieces and keep it in a separate bowls. Add about 60 ml of cream to the each bowls.
  2. Melt each chocolate at the same in the double boiler and keep it aside to cool in the room temperature.
  3. When the all chocolates has cooled, start whipping the cream, whip to soft medium peaks.
  4. Fold ⅓ of the whipped cream to the each chocolate mixture. Fold until they are fully combined and no streaks remains.
  5. Transfer each chocolate mousse into a piping bag.
  6. Pipe first mousse to your serving dish, refrigerate for about 10 - 15 minutes. Then pipe the second mousse, refrigerate for about 10 - 15 minutes. Then pipe the third mousse, refrigerate for about at least 3 hours.

After refrigerating for 3 - 4 hours you can now take it out and decorated it with chocolate syrup, nuts and crumbles of chocolate to give it a delicious look.

Now your three layers of smooth and creamy mousse; Dark chocolate, Milk chocolate, White chocolate are ready to be served.

NOTE : The choice of ordering the chocolate is yours. And there are two options to whip the cream, You can whip all the cream at once or you can equally divide them into 3 then whip each portion.

while melting the chocolate be careful that you don't give too much heat that the glass bowl breaks. Don't buy the eating chocolates because they won't be melted that easily so always prefer grocery aside chocolates.

This is the most easiest method of making your lovely and tasty mousse at your home. There is no need of raw eggs and vegetarian will love to have the mousses.

Mousse is a soft prepared food that incorporated air and bubbles to give it a light and airy texture. This was invented by the French people.
