Are U Suffering From Covid Anxiety?

Mental health plays an important role in human lives for building a good self esteem and a good human being. So in this dreadful pandemic what we are missing is mental peace. So today I am here to tell ypu spome ways to deal with covid anxiety and build good mental hnealth.

  1. Take a break from the news: People are dying someone loved or closed one too and we are getting hype after seeing this on news. Everytime we switch on the TV or mobile its notifications make us more crazy than normally. So take a break from the news so your mind can relax.
  2. Use breathing technique to calm yourself:In the this mean timE of covid we are losing our calm and getting frustrated. So I will tell u some exercise to do when you are free. 1st one is take a deep breath and pause for some second  then exhale it with your mouth. Repeat for 2-3 times. 2nd one is inhale exhale continuously and fastly.
  3. Exercise to release tension: You can do simple exercise to release the tension cause by covid. Such as a 20 minute walk every morning and evening.It will refresh your mind and increase your concentration towards your work. You can also do some sort of asanas and pranyams to get refresh. You can wake up early in morning and do some house chores too.
  4. Meditate to train your mind to be more in the present: What is causing anxiety ? It's thinking about the past and what will be the future after the pandemic. Sometime living in present is the best way you can deal with your problems. So meditate for 10-20 minutes everyday to increase you concentration.
  5. Connect with your friends and family: The best way to deal with your problem is to be in touch with your loved ones i.e. yiour parents, family andd your friends. Talk to them and spend as much as you can. You can play games and discuss your problems. Everything can go wrong but family never goes wrong.
  6. Journal your emotions: If you are finding it difficult to talk with someone you can write them as well in your journal which can keep any secret hid. So write your problem in your diary and try to solve it. Because if nobody can do it for you; you have to do it yourself.
  7. If all else fails,seek professional help.
