Why Smile Is Important For A Happy Mind.

Hey guys, This is Sneha Hariharan, am currently a research scholar, who is exclusively working on Alzheimer's disease. Blog writing was always on my mind for so long period, but I was a bit confused about the correct starting point, and for a perfect platform, at last, at my 25, I found a clean and neat forum to establish my thoughts and a little bit of knowledge to you all. 

SMILE: 

     Smile is a joyful term, where you can express happiness through it. but nowadays did smile only express happiness? No, now it is being used to express fakeness towards a person who you are not interested to talk but no other go, it is being expressed to hide a pain, since you can't share it with a person nor you don't have a trustable person to express your pain behind that smile. But smiling wholeheartedly is a more important factor for a happy and healthy mind.

How we can smile from the inner heart?

  1. Appreciate little things: Whatever you are now, whatever you own now please be happy with it! Enjoy little moments like talking to your elders, having a healthy conversation with your friends, partners, colleagues, etc. 
  2. Feel Blessed with what you have: satisfaction in life is an important tool for a happy mind, never greed more which gives you an unsteady mind and greedy heart and this ultimately results in destroying your inner peace and creates inferiority among your well beings. so stay happy and blessed with what you have right now. 
  3. Say NO when want to:  From my life experience, I keep this lesson as my main motto for a happy mind. When you are enough and some others are giving you more of what you exactly need say a big No, when you are comfortable with a particular situation say NO. when you actually don't wanna do it and when they force you to do it and you say NO. once you started to say No to things you won't feel like doing it, yay! there comes a smile and a happy mind. 
  4. Ignore Negativity: people will criticize you, they will harm you, they may cheat you too, they body shame you, they talk about your profession, passion, how big you are, how small you are, but I suggest you do one particular thing “IGNORE”. Just take a take deep breath and wave your hand! and leave from that place immediately, once you started to take bold moves and be simple and humble too. ultimately you will be happy and smiling ;)
