it was around the 1980s, The madras roads were clean and the climate was chill during December, you can see fogs railing above our heads, less technology the more fun. In this story, I reciprocate myself as an observer to narrate the story. Here it goes, she is a 5'5 wheatish and curly hair teen girl born to an inter-religious family, mamma a Hindu and papa a Christian and let's not talk about his papa, a total waste of time indeed. oh wait! we have to keep a name for her right? Becky. Becky is the elder born in her family, with two sisters and a brother. Her mom Valli is the only working woman, who works in other houses as a cook and a maid. she used to bring food from the houses she works and feeds her babies every night.  on this old beautiful madras streets with little row houses accommodating. this family lived on the nearby platform. In this story, I would like to highlight the life experiences of Becky.

     Becky is a studious teen during her school days, she is a rockstar in studies as well as a roaring lion in her athletes. After school hours she tends to help her mom with the household chores as well as to cook, she is a wonder woman(teen), she takes care of their two sisters and a brother. Her brother has always been a constant support for her during her early days. she is an antagonist in believing the superstitious myths like Periods stains and impurity, she always says "bruh! you all come from there, by the way"! I was admired for her bold moves during the toughest situations. she had a passion for becoming a successful athlete coach one day!. Although through her rough times with family, with finances, with siblings, will this fierce girl achieve what she desires?

#About this short series: Hey!  I would like to story tell you the real-life incidents of a strong lady I know, I have been brought up with the real-life stories of her which made me stronger and stronger day by day. it molded me into a bold woman to face any consequences and to handle the pressure so easily. I would like to post it as a series under the same title. I hope you will all like it and suggest some short story genres to work on, so I can give you a short little creative, and crazy series to read and enjoy. Comments are welcomed.
