It's Now: Live For Yourself

Hey everyone! None of us can't deny with the fact that each and everyone in the world is suffering because of the fast pacing world to get success, fame, money etc. etc. Everyone is keep on running and running to get successful and wealthy, either their body, mind or soul is supporting them or not, but they are just keep on going.

In these extremely trying times, the one thing you need to do is stop telling yourself that you are not doing enough, stop criticising yourself to not having this or that talent. We will have different ways of coping with the stress and pressure of fast running life. 

It's okay if you constantly feel mentally and physically exhausted. It's okay if you feel isolated and lonely most of the time. There are tough times in everyone's life and obviously you are not always prepared for them. So please, don't overthink, don't pressurise yourself, don't exhaust yourself, you need to take care of you to be able to take care of others. It's okay to take a deep breath and sleep for a while, it's okay to let something go and engage in activities or hobbies that give you some sense of freshness and calm, be it art, music, a movie or anything to take your mind off the stuffs and relax for a little while. 

Let your body rejuvenate and then go, give it your all, with your best efforts. There is so much happening right now with everyone and everywhere, there is so much struggle and loss, competition and absolute chaos and yes it is worse for someone else, that doesn't mean it is not just as bad for you.

Do whatever feels right, whatever makes you happy, share it if you want to on social media or don't share if you don't want to. Be kind to yourself before being kind to others, laugh even when you feel like crying, and cry harder when you feel low, talk even when you feel like locking the doors on everyone else, share your fears with your family and friends, it is NOW that we need each other the most. You need to take rest because we all need to keep the fight strong, and for that we need to be strong, focused and motivated. Stay safe, stay healthy!
