'Nirvana' the word means the perfect state of peace and happiness free from all sufferings.
What do you mean by state of peace and happiness? Is this the state where you are free of your thoughts ? Where your mind is stable ? Where you are up from all issues ? Where you are known to yourself ? When you realize importance of self love? What is it for you ?
The human mind has a special power or talent of thinking too much on an issue or a topic or silly problems. But when you realise that there is no way from here and you start keeping your mind free of thoughts.
Have you ever gone through the stage after solving an issue or getting free from life problems? Isn't that make us relax ? Make us happy either !
The mind after struggling since so long when gets free from cage of thoughts suffer from tremendous happiness and peace. And otherwise too it's important for us and our health to have peace atleast for few moment a day. Many a times we over think for a thought maybe we have that much time to waste on it? Rather than wasting time here we can perform some activity like our hobby! Hobby is an activity which we do can can make us feel good and can boost us up.
Every individual can have their own hobby to do when they are free but I would suggest to do it perform your bobby when you are in stage of over thinking or stressed out. This will help you overcome and divert your mind or will help you to distract yourself from some unnecessary thoughts which might be troubling you and which can also affect you mentally.
It's not been discussed in society but our mental health is equally important with physical health. We'll be also discussing with this in my next article.
We can perform meditation , can go out on a walk , can spend time with ourselves and many such activities can be done to appreciate the state the peace and happiness after a long struggling day or story.
I personally make artworks specially I do mandala art when ever I feel low or when feel like giving up here. It fills me with energy and different enthusiasm to fight, to be happy , to not to think much and to stable my thoughts .
I know we all have some kind of problems in our lives but we can't give up here or we can't hurt ourselves and our mental health because if it. This problem of 3 4 days will lead to some life long mental issues . And instead of thinking too much for 3 4 days and struggling with mental health for life time we should try to keep ourselves away from what is troubling us all around. Just disconnect yourself from all those things which have been hurt you, pushing you towards your negative thoughts.
