Exercise is help to person stay fit as fiddle through out the whole life. Exercise is good for optimizing health. There are so many benefits of exercise. Nowadays, so many types of exercise available so it is obviously confusing thing for people to choose it. But i mention below which is beneficial for you.

I mention below 5 best exercises which is helpful for you to stay fit as fiddle. Combine them into a routine for a workout that's simple but powerful and make sure to keep you in perfect shape for the your later life.

It is my guarantee to you will extremely happy after following it for 30 days. You should see major improvements in your muscles and other part of your body.

1. Lunges

Well, lunges are important part of human body so it is vital to improve the lunges. Challenging your balance is an essential part of a well rounded exercise daily. Lunges do just that, promoting functional movement, while also increasing strength in your leg and glutes.

First of all you have to stand straight with your feet shoulders and arms down at your sides

Then you have to come forward and take a step forward with your left leg and bend your left knee as you do, stopping it when you touch the ground. And do same thing with your right leg.

Push up off your left leg and come back to starting position, then again repeat it with your right leg. These is one push up off. So you have to do at least 10 time.

2. Squats

Squats help to people to reduce thai fat and also bally fat. Squats increase lower body and core strength, as well as flexibility in your lower back and hips. It is happen because they engage some of the biggest muscles in the body.

First of all, you have to stand straight with your feet.

Brace your core and, keeping your chest and chip up, push up your hips back and bend your knees as if you are going to sit.

Make sure your knees don't bow inward or outward, drop down untill your thighs are parallel to the ground, bringing your arms out in front of you in a comfortable position.

You have to do these 50 times a per day.

3. Dumbbells Lifting

Dumbbells lifting is a unique exercise because it strengthen your muscles and also improve your skin. A standing overhead press is not only one of the best exercise you can do for your shoulders, but it also engage your upper back and core.

First of all, you have to stand straight then pick up pair of dumbbells. You can do this exercise by using different methods. First you have to move the weights overhead and then move to down.

Bracing your core, being to push up until your arms are fully extended above your head.

You have to do this exercise 50 times a per day.

4. Burpees

Burpees help to people reduce their bally fat and also help to strengthen bones and other parts of the body because this exercise need ful body movement. In this exercise whole body move that provides good bang for your buck for cardiovascular endurance and muscles strength.

First of all, you have to stand straight and then take position like a runner take.

Jump on air and touch your both hand to the ground and then again stand straight. When your hands touch the ground, pop your legs straight back into a pushup position.

Jump your feet up to your palms by hinging at the waist. Get your feet as close to your hands as you can get, landing them outside your hands if necessary.

You have to do this exercise for 50 times a per day.

5. Pushups

Pushups is very important for shoulders and legs. By doing this exercise people people get relief from their shoulders and legs pain.

Start in a plank position. Your core should be tight, shoulders pulled down and back, and your neck neutral.

Bend your elbows and begin to lower your body down to the ground ann up again your body in starting position this is your one pushup.

Focus on keeping your elbows close to your body during the movement. Complete 10 sets of as many repetition as possible. 

So this all advantages you get by doing this. This benefits of exercise help you to live longer.
