So, I am virtually anxious because i am fed up of the fact that every thing is getting ONLINE now-a-days!

I am basically new to all this, I hope everyone is doing well. Being a paramedic by profession i always focus on stuff that is good for health.

I will be sharing ideas, tips, hacks, that will be helpful to develop yourself.

This pandemic had had changed our lifestyle drastically!!!

It's high time now, due to long working hours, improper diet, inactive lifestyle had left a huge negative impact on our life.

Their are many ways to overcome this problems, some of them are mentioned below_

  • Waking up early
  • Taking proper sunlight (as its rich in Vitamin D good for bones)
  • Making TO-DO list
  • Following your passion
  • Having healthy and balanced diet
  • Exercising
  • Spending quality time with your loved ones
  • Spreading love and not virus

By following this simple and basic steps you can definitely achieve a good lifestyle!

Being a medico student, we always are eager to learn about things that are healthy, good and new!

No machine can help you to become fit but your body can..!

I myself, gained about 6kgs weight last year due to this inactive life style!

Which was shocking,

Gaining weight not only makes you obese but also invites lots of diseases!

After gaining weight i got tensed, and decided to work on myself..

Self realisation is must sometimes!!

The first thing that helped me was 

  1. To get up early
  2. Drinking water
  3. Spending time with Mother Nature
  4. Going for a 1hour walk(improves circulation)

Your morning routine should include drinking water atleast 1liter.

It not only heps to remove all the toxins but also improves circulation.

So make this possible start it from today itself!!

Their is no tomorrow!

You can also download application, their are various applications which you can download to keep check on your activity status.

Your diet should be high in protein it helps in building immunity! 

Your diet should include salads, curd, dal, rice, chapati, sabji that's the most basic diet plan one should follow.

I will share more information about all this in my upcoming blogs and i hope all this will be fruitful for you all..!

You only have to make it possible wishing you all a good health!
