Everyone in this world isn't same with their mind, textures, body structure or behavior.  God has created this beautiful world with beautiful human being like us, and we should not regret it. Each and every human being differ from each other's. Say, some are more intelligent, some are more powerful, some have strength, some are week. But we should always keep in mind that why we are made like this, why God created us in this way. Then you will realize that the motive of God is not to demoralize you, but to make the perfect you, to find the real person in you. No matter you are thin, fat, ugly, think in the way that yes! I am ugly or fat or dump because God created me in this way and surely there may be greater motive for creating me this way.

  Whole world believes in the matter of fact that being fatty will somehow make you disappear from wherever you go. We think that if we are fat than everyone is going to ties us or make us demotivated. Also, may people get demotivated or even go to depression for being so fat. A person who is fat, thinks that he/she has no existence in this world? They also think that if they go out from the house they will be teased from the people. In total this problem has become a serious issue for everyone. Also, this problem should get an accurate solution.   

PREVENTIONS  

Everyone believes that gym is the only option for the weight loose. Everyone thinks that if we spend 2 to 3 hours every day in gym then we are surely going to weight loose. But this is totally incorrect, because people often spend hours and hours in gym, they get tired after the gym hours and then waste the whole day in tiredness. Also, after gym people eat a lot of food (junk food) which make them unhealthy and waste of the efforts made by them in the gym. No doubt doing exercise can make you feel positive and boost your health, but excess eating after exercise can also make you unhealthy. You should always keep in mind that if you are doing exercise than you have to eat healthy. You should not stop eating much, but stop eating junk food. Eat more and more healthy food which make your health boosted. Eat 4 times a day with healthy food. Drink plenty of water which make your immunity boost.  

   In the end we came to a conclusion that you can do you exercise whenever you want to, but you also have to follow proper diet to overcome your fat problem.
