Do Grades Really Matter

A simple thought crossed my mind about how do people who don't even study much end up getting good grades.I as a student have observed certain section of students who used to be the spoilt brat of my class and then too they ended up getting good grades.A lot of my teachers who used to assume that these students who have a lot of fun in their class will not have a bright future ahead.A common misconception a lot of teachers have.Teachers often appreciate the bright students and neglect the students who really need their help.A thing which I had noticed a lot in my school and college days.

Teachers have a mindset that if the child is not getting good grades he/she are good for nothing and it's of no use to teach them anything.A lot of students who have great potentials end up being failures because of the negligence of the teachers.Nowadays finding good teachers is like finding a needle in a haystack. The one thing that most of the teachers expect from their students is good grades not out of good will but just so that they get more popular and the number of students in their schools/colleges or classes can increase.

Some teachers really put in a lot of efforts on their students in spite of not getting the desired results but they don't loose hope. They keep going on and after a lot of hard work they do get the desired results.Students who don't really want to study and students who even after having the potential don't get to study, there is no difference between them. But if a student shows interest even after getting low grades the teacher should understand and be patient with the child rather than shouting and ignoring them.In today's time we really need a good set of teachers who can motivate students who really need their support and the required efforts. And mostly the people who don't get good grades also find a path for themselves if allowed to do so.The billionaires we read about in magazines, newspapers and tabloids they all weren't that great in studies but they somehow found their inner calling and kept going on even after facing failures.Of course studying is an important aspect of life which no one should ever ignore but for those people who really after putting so many efforts don't get the results, you will also be successful. There will be a path for everyone and for that we should motivate the young generation to follow their passion and interests.

ofcours not, getting average grades with developing other skills is profitable rather than only concentrating getting top marks.
