Hello Guys,I hope you are doing fine.I hope you are going to like this post the way you have liked my other posts. Please Read,Like,Comment and Share My Blogs and stay tuned for more such blogs.

During Covid many people underwent a lot of changes in their life and also realised certain things which were happening in their life which were wrong. There were many things we used to do before lockdown which we knew were not good and then after lockdown we got enough time to analyse about things which didn't go well in our past or even present and we got enough time to correct it as well.

To be honest it's become a lot tough to socialize with people and open up to people after lockdown. The one thing that I realised after lockdown had hit us is that the most people I interacted with on a daily basis thinking that they were my friends, didn't really wish me well.I realised that most of the people who were my friends were too toxic and never cared about me.After gathering a lot of strength,I had cut them off from my life and then realised that my life had become so peaceful than before. And trust me it may take a lot of strength and effort to cut off someone toxic from your life but it is worth it.It had improved my mental health to great lengths and I would really suggest you to do this if you are in a similar situation.

The one thing that I used to quite often was do a digital detox once or twice a week.Usually it used to happen that whenever I used to check anyone's stories or posts on social media,I used to feel so sick of my life and felt that what am I doing sitting in one place doing nothing.Looking at people going out with their friends and having a gala time, when lockdown had been lifted for a little while.I downloaded few apps which helped me change my mindset to a greater extent.I started exercising regularly for about half an hour which created a positive mindset within me.I started reading good books and watched some good movies through which I could find some inspiration in my life.

We would all agree that during this period of lockdown we have lost some of our best friends due to certain misunderstandings or maybe due to their negligence. But we all have learnt a thing or two during this particular phase of our life.We all have changed into a different person after staying at home for long,we might have also got some evil thoughts after facing stagnation in our lives.I know different people had different struggles during this pandemic and also this had severely affected their mental health. But if you follow the things I have mentioned above, this will definitely benefit you.Another thing which I would like to tell you is however bad you feel do make sure you share your sadness or sorrow with someone you trust or else you can visit a therapist. Also if things don't go well in life and everything is turning against you don't get afraid.Have faith in yourself and keep going,I know it's easy to say than to do but sometimes it's better to keep going than to stay at one place and keep thinking about a certain situation.I hope my advice will be helpful.Stay Healthy,Stay Happy.
