 BEAST MODE On

IF YOU WANNA BE LIKE THIS.....

   THEN THEIR ARE SOME TIPS FOR THAT.....

  1. Do strength training within a week for muscle gains 

LIKE - DEADLIFT / BENCH PRESS / SQUATS . These exercise for full body growth and leads to gain muscle and reduce fat from muscles.

DEADLIFT ( FULL BODY COVERS IN IT)

2. Focus on healthy diet -

Because when you are gaining muscles. Their must be about 70% eating and 30% exercise with correct posture.

So if you want to get natural body then you have to take about (140-150 gram) protein per day. or as per weight (1 kg = 2 gram protein)

BEST VEGETARIAN PROTEIN DIET

3. Drink water (2-3 liter per day )

Always be hydrated. As our 70% body consume water and other with foods and fruits . Because with hydrated body leads to absorb water in muscles which leads to visible muscle clear and chuting.

Soo always drink water and make your own body healthy and gets benefits

4. Focus on forearms exercise -

 Forearms main be as a focus spot which help us to put more weight and spot to lift it. And also forearms contain many types of muscles some are like wrist flexors , brechodialisrs and many more which leads to increase strength and many more factors of our body  to look is impressive to see and flex our arms which shows our muscles.

LEAST I WILL TELL YOU MAIN EXERCISE OF FOREARMS-

  1. Dumbbell wrist flexion
  2. reverse curl
  3.  Pull up bar
  4. hammer curl
FOREARMS VISIBILITY

5. Avoid fast foods and oily foods -

IF you all are thinking to going to gym or doing yoga and other exercises. And want to made an pretty impressive physique .Then you must avoid these fast foods and oily foods. 

Because these contains lots of bad carbs and unsaturated fats which make your physique obese. as these foods contain lots of calories and poor ingredients which gone harms our body .

if you don't leave this foods . so then you made one day as a cheat meal day on that day you eat what you want you eat.

Through this way you be happy to eat what you want to eat and you body also be healthy.

FAST FOODS

5. Always drink coffee before going to workout -

Drinking coffee not only help to loose fat. It also helps to boost your metabolism and helps muscle to recover fast .

If you drink coffee before 1 hour to gym then it helps to increase your endurance and leads you workout pretty well an help to put more heavy weight to lift.
