Covid-19 -: Lets Get Fit

India is suffering from this pandemic right now, everyone is looking for help and some of us are just staying at home and doing nothing, but abusing the government or someone else. Our responsibility is to help others in the situation and also help ourselves by doing the right thing, and for that we can choose to be fit and as well as we can share that with others. Ayurveda plays a very huge role for some of the COVID patients in India as a very know brand, PATANJALI provided us Coronil, those who used it while they detected positive have seen good results and they also recovered from the virus but what after ?

We have to make sure that in future our immune should be that strong that our own body can fight with any kind of desiese which can harm our immune system. And for that we have to indulge ourselves in fitness.

Fitness is a huge subject, you can stay fit by doing yoga every day for 1 hour for by exercising but it should be with the healthy diet too. Avoid eating junk food like chilli potato, momos etc. Stick with healthy diet like eggs, dairy products etc.

Add kadha in your daily routine it will be best if it contains giloye in it.

In yoga you can do kapal bhati pranayam and anulom vilom also you can add bhastrika pranayam with it which help you to increase the Oxygen intake in your body and also help your lungs to stay healthy and fit. Drink 6-7 liters of water daily so that your body will stay hydrated. Don't smoke or drink for some time it will weaken your immune as well as it will lower down the iron in your body.

Start making a discipline routine for yourself and for your family members too, include them with your healthy routine and make your that they also follow the same pattern as we all are responsible for each and every person's health in our family. We have to fight this virus and we have to win this fight, and for that if we have to change our life style for some time we can do it, in long run this will also help us to stay fit instead of laying down on bed in our older ages.
