“FITNESS", it's one of the most important things we should look after in order to live a life where we are confident, happy, and cheerful. But here comes the hard part, everyone wants to be fit, healthy, confident, happy, and cheerful, but they don't want to work hard for these things.

being healthy is being happy.

I know it's hard to put yourself together right now due to the ongoing pandemic and stuff, its hard to focus on yourself and actually what you want from yourself, people are more depressed nowadays worrying about the things they should not worry about. So by focusing on your own health, you will be more active, more energetic, confident, and also you will find the answers to the question you always tend to ask yourself when you are just lying on your bed. Trust me better than just sleeping at night and not having any reason to wake up in the morning, it's better when you start to focus on your health at least you will have one goal when you go to sleep is to “wake up tomorrow and put myself together and focus on myself”. 

HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO STAY HEALTHY, HAPPY, AND CONFIDENT AND TO BE CHEERFUL.

1 Drink water

yes you might have heard this thousands of times from everyone around that you should drink this much amount of water daily this that, But drinking water actually improves your health, your skin, and refreshes your mind

Stay hydrated and fresh.

It also helps you burn the extra amount of calories of fat from your body, which makes you feel light and full at the same time. So when you wake up in the morning, your first goal will be to drink a glass of water and to make it even better drink a glass of lukewarm lime water that makes you feel more hydrated.

2 Love yourself

Never judge yourself on how people describe you. They do this all day long, if you keep the things said by them in your mind you will never pass your limits on how hard you try. So always remember you are beautiful and being healthy enhances your true beauty more and motivates you to push your limits more and more and to become the better version of yourself daily.

3 Smile

Obviously, this was going to come. yes, smile, it's the most beautiful thing you do. you look so healthy and good when you smile. it always our beauty when we smile. 

smile enhances the inner beauty of yourself.

This is also a thing that some people find hard to do but in reality, it's not that hard when you actually start to do it. A smile will always cheer your mood up and will boost your energy, I mean smile all day and I guarantee it's the best thing I do. it always makes me forget about the things I worry about for no reason. So always remind yourself to smile even when you feel low try to do something that will make smile.

4 BE Yourself and Embrace Yourself

And finally, be yourself, it's hard to be ourselves in this time period because everyone nowadays is so reserved to themself that they always overthink about most of the things and forget to embrace themself.

 To be yourself you don't always have to do something crazy or funny, to be yourself you just have to sit for some time alone and try to understand yourself what you truly enjoy or what you want to do and you surely learn something about yourself after that you just have to embrace yourself and have fun with yourself. So whoever watches you when you embrace your true self, will get positive vibes and will try to be themself and embrace themself.

5. Be a Better Version Of your Own.

Waking up in the morning and pushing yourself to do better than you did yesterday will always boost your confidence and motivates you. When push yourself to do things you think you can, you will discover something about yourself that you might have never know if you didn't push yourself.

6 Exercise and Eat Right.

Exercising and eating write always improves our health and our mind. It helps us know about ourselves. Personally, it has helped me grow so much and always makes me feel cheerful, happy, and confident.

Exercising always shows us what we truly are and what we can truly do. It's hard sometimes because you want to be fit but don't want to work for it. It needs discipline, it needs the courage to put yourself together and be better. It is hard but once you do it you will never want to stop. You will feel motivated all day long.

eating healthy keep your mind and body healthy.

It's not that hard to eat healthy, eating healthy is just switching unhealthy food with healthy and spice the healthy food up, which will not make you get bored of the food you eat. Always remember to spice something up in your healthy diet with some different healthy food recipes.
