As we live in the 21st century, there is so much stress, pressure, anxiety, and also some have depression or any other mental disease around us or in our mind, and we find it so hard to cope up with these things. This is the most crucial topic we need to pay attention to at this moment. People often tend to neglect these kinds of things, like they become more reserved to themselves and not open up about the things they are facing inside them, they think that if we open up about it their surrounding will judge them, or they are wasting other's time by telling their problems, or many other reasons. they think no one can understand them and as a result that they become reserved for themselves and create a negative environment around them. Here are some tips to cope up with others and create a better environment for you as well as for people around you to make them feel happy as you feel.

SOME WAYS TO MAKE PEOPLE AROUND US FEEL HAPPY, SAFE, AND COMFORTABLE AROUND YOU AND ALSO YOU FEEL JOY. 

1 Smile 

In this era smile is the thing which is needed but hard to get, we go deep into stress, fear, and busy with the workload, that we often forget to smile.

Smile is so important it has other benefits too like it will keep you calm, there will always be a glow on your face, people around you will feel positive whenever they see you it will inspire and show them the power of being happy and also having a smile always boost your confidence and make you more presentable, and improve your personality. So next time you see yourself in the mirror just smile you will feel instant joy, like ways when you see someone around you just give them a smile it will make their day bright too and relieve any stress they are facing that will make them feel you understand them.

2 Stay Calm

There are some times where the situation is heated up or not so good and at this time, we often tend to lose control of ourselves and just let it out even though our intentions are not bad or not hurt anyone around us, and still, we hurt them, 

being calm can always keep your mind healthy.

so instead of losing control of ourselves just think for 3 seconds, is it really worth it to blast at this thing or can I control myself, what is the reason I am so offended. You will surely find the answer by yourself and will calm down and the situation will not get out of your hands and others will have more respect for you for that.

3 Understand What others feel.

Sometimes we so lost in ourselves that we often neglect what others feel. We often don't pay attention to what they might be going through. They sometimes think that what if someone can even understand a tiny bit of thing they are going through.

everyone has a different story.

So when you tell them that you don't judge them or when you tell them that even though you can't feel what they are going through, you can understand their situation and respect them and will help them to cope up with it. This will automatically create a safe pace for them to open up about things they are afraid to talk about. This might also relieve their stress and make them and you feel happy too. This creates positive energy around you and it will be easy for people to communicate with you.
