Sometimes My Anger Can Make Me Feel Bad About My Words Which I Spoken In Anger And That Makes Me Cry.

I can get angry on any little things that hurts me and that time I can't control my anger then in that flow I speake something that I didn't mean to.And after my anger becomes calm I realise my mistakes and I feel bad about that and I start crying. So I decided that whenever I am in anger I should meditate and shouldn't talk to anybody till I am back to normal mood.

               I want to share with you all my personal experience and how I get over that anger issue.

I am very moody person at first and My mood can change very fast and my mood becomes really bad for me one day.

             I am in bad mood and I am very angry that time and I am so frustrated at that time then I started insta scrolling and one of my friend DM me there and then I spoke with him and my all frustation gone very bad on him and I spoke everything bad that I don't want to speak and I also didn't mean to.whenever I am in bad mood I can't understand what I am talking and how much it can hurts someone. And after that I realize that I did something very bad and hurt someone because of my anger,my mood,and my words. It brokes me then I started to cry and feel very guilty then I spoke to my friend and ask him to forgive me and told him that this will never happen again and he is very calm person so he forgive me.But from this incidence I started to search that how to control my anger issues and how to get over it.

And I found the answer and that is 'Yoga'.

I started doing yoga and I feel much better so I do it regular nowdays to control my anger and it helps. 

You can control your anger by doing yoga whenever you feel it.Also you can do it regularly to control your all bad activities and for good health. Yoga can helps you in improving your patience.

If you don't know anything about yoga then you can use Google,YouTube to learn about yoga and you can watch videos of yoga from YouTube and start to doing it.

Yoga is useful for not only to improve your patience but it can helps to improve your health issues,it can improve your mental issues,anger issues and can make your body fit and healthy.
