During a Panic Attack, we should remember that today is just today and that is all it that is. We should take a deep breathe in and realize that in this moment I'm fine and it will be okay. Following these 10 natural tips can help subside the effect of such attacks:

*Identify the presence of symptoms to seek timely treatment. 

*Practice deep breathing exercises to calm down your senses.

*Closing eyes for a while to alleviate the risk of worsening.

*Practicing mind fullness to remind yourself that you can deal with it.

*Visualizing a vacation or memories of the past to feel calm and composed. 

*Practicing a light exercise or taking a walk to divert mind and boost mood.

*Eating a healthy diet to keep blood sugar level in control.

*Massaging scalp to reduce muscle tension and feel relaxed.

*Calling a friend or family member to reduce the feeling of isolation.

*Getting enough sleep to stay healthy and keep stress at bay.

Always remember you are more than the mistakes you have made. You are the love, wisdom, strength and compassion you have gained from all you have been through.

In my life I've gone through a lot of really hard and tough times. I went through depression and so many challenges. And I overcame because I just decided to be happy.
