After the completion of your Ielts, you are always keen to apply in an Ielts institution until your visa applied and confirmed.
But for the selection purposes, you have to pass through an interesting interview and believe me its a very simple and repetitively same questions are asked.
On the basis of my own experiences and knowledge, here are some common interview questions and the answers that I gave in my interviews.
Question1:- Introduce yourself.
Or
Tell me about yourself .
Answer:- My name is ______. I belong to ( city/village). I have completed my ( education) in (stream) in ( school/ college).
Question2:- Why you want to become a trainer?
Answer:- I want to be a trainer because the role is what I am really passionate about, and I get a lot of job satisfaction by helping students in order to enhance their qualities and attain their objectives.
Question3:- Why you want to work as a trainer in our organisation?
Answer:- I want to work for your organisation for two main reasons. The first one is, from what I could get from my research , I found that you are an organisation that takes the development criteria of your staff very seriously.
The second reason is, I conducted a quick analysis of the opportunities that are present in your institution and I could analyse that I can add value to your organisation as well as improve myself continually in a positive manner.
Question 4:- How could you handle such a student who got fed up from giving Ielts exams again and again?
Answers:- I have many experiences with these kind of students.( only if you hold any experience as an Ielts Trainer before) . I would first motivate that individual by providing him/ her motivation and tell him/ her different real like successes of that people who were the failures of their times. Nextly, I will properly analyse all the strengths and weaknesses of the person and work on his/ her problems in the best and the possible ways.
Question 5:- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Answer:- On the one side of the coin, I am a great motivator. I never fed- up with the repetitively asked questions of the candidates and could work under pressure.
While on the other side, I cannot say “ no” to anyone and that’s really my greatest weakness ever. I remember due to this weakness of mine, in my past job I got so much burden of work.
