The sunflower is a bright and beautiful flower. there is a flower that encourages you to be defeated by the hot summer weather, a flower that inspires you to stand tall and strong.

My father loved sunflower because it  has a  large  flower head and  its bright yellow color like a sun.

I heard that a sunflower plant somewhere had grown to a record height of more than nine meters (29.5 feet ).And let's not forget those sunflowers from the rubble after the march 2011 earthquake and tsunami in Tahoku ,japan inspiring everyone who saw them. 

why do sunflowers grow to be so big? one reason is that they receive plenty of  sunlight. before they bloom, young sunflowers always turn to face the sun.

often when people experience hardships or something unpleasant, they hang their heads low. They may even think ,"I ,M JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH" and give up on themselves.

At such times  , let's remember the sunflower and lift our heads up, shifting  our thoughts toward a bright and positive directions .

we must drive out the negative thoughts and fill our heart with dreams and hopes .that's the way to achieves growth and victory.

sometimes it's happen with us. we compare  ourselves with other's and we loose our confidence .when I understand that every person has its own qualities  whatever I am doing it may be that person can't do? so why to compare and feel bad about it .we all have one life .we make mistake and learn from it . we move ahead .  NO  one comes in earth with so called perfect personality . just try to do your human revolution that it.

I hope you will all be as bright sunflower when you challenge yourselves in any fields.no matter how difficult the task may be ,it's always better tackle it with a cheerful attitude. because when you see challenges in positive way you will find out better way to come out of it.
