Alex, a young Ph.D. graduate, found himself at crossroad's. he had constantly prided himself on his ambition and power, as everyone does soon as started to move away from his ambitious path. but on that morning, while sipping his coffee, he started to feel that something is missing. a sudden feeling has disturbed him so much that he sat beside his window and started to think about what's  the problem with him, soon he figured out the missing part that he was neglecting the maximum critical thing of his life" taking responsibility or feeling accountable".as soon as he figured out what's wrong with him, he thought of changing his habits and charecters.

Embracing the change:

Determined to make a change in life, Alex started out to think of lifestyle problems and ths ares where he has been avoiding to take accountability. he identified the areas where he was blaming others his own actions and that was his short coming, that his own decisions and movements had performed a large role in shaping his life. with a new bound purpose, he decided to take steps towards growth.

Challenges Ahead

The journey of taking responbility turned into bumpy ride which shook him more than he thought. Alex faced several barrier's, from facing his fears to confornting his insecurities. there had been times while he felt like beaten up and tempted to stay as his old version, he remained steadfast in his dedication to exchange.

It became for the time of Alex's hardship's that he crossed path's with Sophia, a vibrant and galvanizing women who had already embarked her journey of personal duty and fulfillment.
