@ Hey!
I'm someone who isn't studying nuch either, when I should, but then, I've been seeing improvements in my studying patterns in the last few days, so I'm just gonna tell you what I've been doing, and maybe that will help you.
1. Don't look at social media to find happiness. Because currently, it has more negative news than things that would make you happy. Find other things- some hobby, stargazing, looking after plants, talking to your close ones, anything that makes you happy without having to open social media.
2. Not to sound like some babaji but since I've been finding the solution to almost anything in meditation since the last 2.5 years, I'd definitely recommend that. Definitely helps in getting rid of anxious thoughts around the whole covid situation.
3. Focus on health, on the positive side- the fact that you're healthy. I know this might feel a bit selfish in such times, ki dunia me kya kya ho raha hai or hume "farak nahi pad raha", but we all know that we won't get anything by worrying about it. So focusing on the fact that you're currently healthy, and being grateful for your health, will keep you at peace.
"What you focus on, grows". So just focus on the good.
And when you're at peace, your mind automatically starts working in the right direction and you start doing what's needed, including studies.
I hope this helps. Lots of love to you. Yelo rose or hugs b_jhappi yelo_rose.
Thank you... I will definitely try these things... I'm going to read this baar baar jab tak it doesn't settle in my brain... b_jhappi
