From getting our first cellphones to making our first facebook accounts and that to with wired usernames(lol). Being a teenager was being full of life making mistakes and learning for them
The most exiting part of the teenage life was probably the school life. Losing the friends we thought will be their forever and specially preparing for the board exams! Life was full of fun, dramas in school.
The fear of attending the parent teaching meeting was on next level.
I still remember when me and my school friends used to discuss how can we avoid the ptm and how to save our ass from those unbearable yelling from our parents. Most of us had a secret diary that time with us where we used to write about our daily life and obviously failing in maintaining it!!
Our main conflict always used to be and i think it still is about the difference in thinking and making choices from our parents! Being a teenager meant to be rebel! We started understanding what life is, what we like and what makes up happy
but generation gap always came in our way! The choices in different lifestyles made us think that why are we being punished in this way. I think many of you will agree that we have made some stupid mistakes from being so rebel at that time though i think it’s all just in the part of being a teenage
And how can we forget about our first crush and relationships
The first love gives you butterflies in your stomach
Everything used to feel like a fairy tale and the most funny part was that we use to imagine our future married life with them! From secretly meeting your gf/bf to sending secret love letters ,it all used to so much fun filled experience
Also with first love came our first heartbreak and then listening to atif aslams songs used to be another vibe😂
Teenage life made me understand that parents society will always expect you be on top and that the competition and comparison will never stop.So if any teenager will read this just know that it’s ok if you don’t get the best marks or if you are not a popular kid.
Have courage to take chances in your life, live your life to the fullest
Stop comparing yourself to others because after a time it won’t matter. Just remember your worth it
