Nowadays obesity is a common problem in our surroundings almost everyone I suffering from obesity whether is children, men, women no one is able to free themselves from fat gaining or obesity. And now everyone wants to get rid of their fat gaining and want to lose some fats. There are many articles about fat loss everyone gave their own tips to lose fat but is it the right way for fa lose or do every method is beneficial or not 

Here we go wrong we go take tips from everyone about how to lose weight but it is not the right method for it. Some methods are proved to be beneficial others are just futile. hen we lose our hope y saying that no method is working for us but it is not true we are not doing it the right way

There are scientists who researched how to overcome obesity and how to keep our bodies healthy and all and a scientist also said that

WE ALL ARE FOCUSING ON HOW TO REDUCE OUR FATS BUT WE SHOUD FOCUS ON HOW TO LOSE OUR CALORIES

SO our main reason for fat gaining is that we eat lots of calories and we have to use those calories for our body o help perform well. So eating calories is a must but we have to also burn those calories. 

Our body works in a way that we eat food and we gain calories. The calories are for increasing our energy. When we will use more energy our calories will burn so that we will not gain any fat. Usually, in my point of view, I have seen most of the people who are at are usually children and those who do not work as they do not use their energy. Nowadays children also cannot be seen in the playgrounds tey are just sitting with gadgets the whole day but when they use to play they all were fit that is the main cause for most of the children suffering with obesity

There are some ways in which you can maintain your boy posture

  • Don’t snack

Eat 2–3 meals a day and try not to snack in between. Your metabolism will get a boost and your digestive system will get a break.

Find ways to relax and destress that work for you, and try to include them in your routine each day by doing these

  • Exercise
  • Yoga
  • Meditation
  • Prayer
  • Reading
  • Breathwork
