In most of the cases, we do not know but at attaining the age of 18 there come to your rights so now moving on.

The most important one is if you are being forced to marry and your parents are not listening so you can deny them if they force you you can file a complaint. Mostly Muslim girls have this problem. In Islam also a girl's consent is allowed. if that girl wants to marry you can and if you do not want to marry you cannot and your parents can not force you. So fear not and do file a complaint 

 Know your rights against Forced Marriage.

• Article 16 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights deals with discrimination against women in marriage-related matters. It further ensures that both men and women have:

1.  
   • The same right to enter into marriage;
   • The same right to freely choose a spouse and to enter into marriage only with their free and full consent.
   • Article 23 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights 1966 (c): No marriage shall be possible without the free and full consent of the intending spouses.

This is the most problem for girls in India and mostly Muslim girls. In Islam, it is allowed to choose and you do not have to follow your parents regarding this matter
 

Well-arranged marriage and forced marriage are different do not mix them 

When you attain the age of 18 and you want to live separately your parents are forcing you to not study further or anything like that you live alone as from class 6 we have learned about constitution and we know about FREEDOM TO LIVE so when we attain the age of 18 we can live alone and if your parents file a complaint of you leaving the house it will not be files and your consent will be asked regarding what you want to do. 

Children who attained the age of 18 can live freely in INDIA. They have all the rights given by the constitution. Well it is good to live with parents but if you are being abused or forced in anything you did not want to do so it is important to know about law
